Shalimar has twenty miles of well maintained, marked trails,
assuring comfort and safety for horse and rider.

The Monongahela National Forest surrounds the property and offers miles of riding on former logging roads. A covered arena, 72’X 135’ is available for a nominal hourly fee.

Pastures and Fencing

Pastures are large (average 4 acres) and can accommodate several horses
if they are on friendly terms. Pastures are also in very close poximity to lodging facilities.

Fencing is either 2" X 4" wire mesh or post-and-rail, and every pasture has an
automatic waterer and a hydrant for hosing down after a day in the saddle.
